As a small business, we know the strength of community, so we strive to support it in many ways throughout the year. Here’s a round-up of all the ways Superior Service/Collision Center gave back this year.

Rick’s Bike Sale

Superior Service/Collision Center has sponsored this event for many years. Essentially, this event gathers donated bikes to then sell for the benefit of local nonprofits. All proceeds go to Kids ‘n Kinship, a mentoring program for youth, and DARTS, an organization dedicated to connecting older adults to essential resources.

DCTC

We are proud to have a long and lasting relationship with the Dakota County Technical College. Our owner has taught some classes there, Superior is an industry partner, we’ve found some of our best interns from their students, and we’ve also sponsored events like their yearly galas. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, their 50th Anniversary Gala taking place this year was cancelled, so we accepted their offer to transfer our sponsorship into emergency grants and scholarships.

Minnesota’s Race for Automotive Education

This event was a fundraiser for the AASP-MN Automotive Education Fund, which provides financial grants to students looking to enter automotive programs. Superior Service/Collision Center joined many other businesses in helping sponsor this event, which took place in January 2020.

The Open Door Pantry

Superior Service/Collision Center is an annual partner of this organization. Their mission is to end local hunger through a variety of programs that connect thousands of individuals in need to fresh, nutritious options.

The Link

Superior Service/Collision Center is an annual sponsor of this organization. The Link supports youth experiencing homelessness, youth involved in the juvenile justice system, and victims of sex trafficking through their programs.

Eagan Community Foundation Scholarship

We have hosted a scholarship with the Eagan Community Foundation since 2013. Every year, a student is awarded our scholarship to go towards their higher education.

Even throughout the difficulties of 2020, we are proud to be a supporter of many local nonprofit efforts. We encourage you to give back when you can whether that’s through donations or volunteering. If you have auto repair needs, stop by our Eagan location for expert auto body work you can trust.
